Safety & Enjoyment Information
- The safety and enjoyment of the children at an Early Kickers party is our highest priority and we take every reasonable precaution to ensure our parties are accident and injury free. However, due to the physical nature of the sport we cannot guarantee mild accidents or injury will not occur.
- Therefore, Early Kickers recommend each child dresses appropriately for a football party , bringing suitable kit for the day, allowing for the weather if outside (layers of clothing if cold, sun cream if it is going to be hot). Wear shin pads if possible and appropriate footwear for the conditions.
- To help us further ensure the children have a fun, enjoyable and safe party, we encourage parents to stay and watch the party and to ultimately be responsible for the children's care and welfare throughout the party.
- Early Kickers is proud of the fact that it can and will vary its parties according to the diversity of the group. In order to manage this process, Early Kickers asks that all parents / guardians of children participating notify Early Kickers at the earliest stage of any medical conditions, allergies, medication or additional needs.
- Early Kickers will adapt the football activities to ensure that all participants get maximum enjoyment from their party.
- Early Kickers have a full Child Protection & Codes Of Conducts Policy in place, these policy can be viewed at your request at any time.
Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy/ Information
- Bookings are only confirmed when a completed booking form is received together with a 50% deposit. A confirmation letter / email will be sent out.
- Early Kickers must receive confirmation of numbers attending the party 7 days prior to the party.
- The remainder of the monies owed must be paid prior to the party commencing.
- All cancellations must be notified in writing within 7-days of the event. After this time, Early Kickers operates a no-refund policy.
- The Venue you choose must be an appropriate arena for a football party. By organising your own venue, you accept the risk that for outdoor venues the weather cannot be guaranteed and this may have a serious impact on the safety and enjoyment of the kids participating in the party. Early Kickers reserves the right to inspect the venue prior to the party to assess any safety issues.
- Early Kickers can suggest a list of appropriate venues that you can pick from
- Please note that the structure of the party allows for food to be taken only at the end of the party - after all the strenuous activity has taken place.
- Full insurance cover will be provided,although this will not extend to damage or loss to a party members personal property.
- As party organiser you accept that it is your responsibility to supervise the children outside of the coaching area.
- In the unlikely event that a child sustains an injury during an Early Kickers party, consent is given to Early Kickers to administer emergency aid treatment where necessary.
- In the unlikely event that Early Kickers has to cancel a party for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
- If the option of Thank You Letters with a team photo is included with the party, Early Kickers guarantees that the photo will only be used for this purpose
